Non pollution

       The response speed of servo press brake is faster than that of hydraulic press.
       For example(100 ton servo press brake manufactured by Kaifeng CNC):
       The speed of slider without load (up and down) is about 200mm/s and the working speed is 0-20mm/s.
       Almost all the hydraulic press brake same pressure as above, the speed with no load is less than 120mm/s and working speed is 0-10mm/s.
       Affected by the environment temperature or the heat engendered by working the bending machine need to preheat or to cooling down.
       Some trouble of hydraulic system happened that is difficult and need more time to fix it.
       But the pure servo press brake has no hydraulic system so no trouble as above at all.
       In one word that the efficiency of pure servo press brake is nearly doubled than hydraulic press brake.

       One advantage of pure servo CNC press brake is that the input power is proportional to the load power. So when the slider is bending the machine
       consumes more electricity and when the slider moving with no load consumes less electricity and when the slider is motionless no power is consumed.
       The motor of hydraulic press brake must run all the time to keep the pressure.
       Moreover, the mechanical transmission efficiency of pure servo press brake is more than 95%. But the hydraulic transmission efficiency of hydraulic press brake is less than 80% and even lower after aging of hydraulic components.

       We can set different speeds base on the different material, different thickness and different length to make sure getting higher accuracy.
       To hydraulic press brake usually the error of angle is within ±1°.
       Servo press brake drives the slider to work with the screw so that we can get higher accuracy.
       Through collecting the measurement data of angle with different sides and different material plates to prove that we can control the error within ±0.5°.

Higher accuracy

       Hydraulic press brake needs to change hydraulic oil regular. Pumps, valves, seals easy to break and the hydraulic system easy to pollute. It is difficult to find the reason when the system broken. It is difficult to clean up when the hydraulic system polluted.
       The structure of pure servo press brake is simple and no need to maintain only lubricate it regular.
